By using this website, you represent that you have read and understand these Terms and that you agree to be bound by the Terms as set forth below. AME Learning Inc. (“AME”) reserves the right at its discretion to modify the Terms under which this website is offered. If changes are made, then an update will be made available and will contain the date at which the updated Terms became effective. If you use our Services after the updated Terms date, then you are agreeing to accept the updated Terms.

Certain features of this Service may be provided by third parties and the use of such features may be conditioned upon your agreement to such third parties’ terms of use and privacy policies. You understand that the Terms apply only to the parts of the Service that reside on AME’s servers and not to those that reside on third-party servers not controlled by AME.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Terms and the relationship between you and AME will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and AME agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the City of Toronto, Ontario. The failure of AME to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
